- Coaches are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping login credentials secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
- Paid Coaches agree to the subscription fees shown at sign-up.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment details.
4. Client Interactions
- Clients may contact Coaches directly or through us.
- We are not responsible for any agreements, payments, or outcomes between Clients and Coaches.
- Any disputes between Clients and Coaches must be resolved between those parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Impersonate others or infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website is owned by us unless otherwise stated.
- Coaches retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.
7. Coaching Disclaimer
- Coaching services offered through our platform are intended for personal and professional development only.
- Coaching is not medical advice, therapy, counseling, or treatment for mental health or physical health conditions.
