I've spent 20+ years in industry, consulting, and non-profits, from delivery and operations to sales and strategy. I've managed teams in 7 countries, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and launched over a dozen products. I've worked for the smallest of startups and the world's largest hedge funds.

I have extensive experience working with executives from non-traditional background including those who are women, non-binary, neurodiverse, of the global majority, and various intersections of these and other aspects of social history. I am a white man. I am acutely aware of what that means and I am actively engaged in deconstruction, critical analysis, and the leveraging of my privilege.
