Lean in.
Those words have been stirring in my heart since the start of the year. Not as a warning — but as a reminder. A call to posture yourself toward the life God has been preparing for you all along.
This month, we’ve been exploring what it means to live empowered: to recognize that God’s already placed within you everything needed for your purpose. The strategy, the creativity, the courage — it’s all there. Your job is to lean in and believe it.
As Marshawn Evans Daniels says, “You build what you believe, and delay what you doubt.” That’s a truth bomb if I’ve ever heard one! It reminds me that every time I delay taking action — making the offer, sharing the story, stepping into that next level — I’m choosing doubt over belief. But faith? Faith builds. Faith moves. Faith swings.
So today, I’m picking up my faith bat. Maybe I don’t have it all figured out. Maybe fear still whispers. But even so, I’m taking a swing — one small swing at a time against the boulder of fear that tries to block my path.
And I’m inviting you to swing with me.
Take your scars, your detours, the things you thought disqualified you — and bring them along. Watch how God redeems them. Watch how He uses what broke you to build something better.
You’re not behind. You’re not forgotten. You’re simply being refined.
Today, let’s lean into our belief, not our doubt. Let’s live empowered, anchored in the truth that faith always builds — and this year, our future is under construction.
Grab your faith bat. Let’s go.
