About Catalina
Certified systemic coach and former dentist with over a decade of experience in education and human-centered practice. I support individuals in times of transition — new mothers, young professionals, and those seeking to reconnect with their authentic identity. My approach blends systemic clarity with empathy, creativity, and practical awareness.
I am a certified Systemic Coach trained under Alain Cardon’s Metasysteme methodology, and a medical doctor in dentistry with extensive experience in education, mentoring, and human interaction.
For more than a decade, my work as a dentist and teacher has allowed me to witness how people respond to pressure, responsibility, and change — not only through words, but through the way they show up. In 2021, I transitioned into coaching, following a growing interest in how identity, purpose, and emotional presence shape our daily choices.
My coaching practice focuses on supporting people in transition — new mothers rediscovering themselves beyond motherhood, professionals navigating burnout or identity shifts, and anyone standing at the threshold between “who I was” and “who I’m becoming.”
I believe that clarity and self-trust emerge not from external validation, but from reconnecting with our natural rhythm and inner coherence. The systemic approach allows clients to explore not only individual goals, but also the invisible dynamics around them — the relationships, beliefs, and patterns that keep them in motion or hold them back.
In our sessions, I combine systemic inquiry, reflective dialogue, and intuitive presence, creating a safe and structured space for exploration. My background in science gives me a grounded, analytical mindset, while my creative side — expressed through writing and painting — helps me connect to the emotional and symbolic dimensions of personal growth.
Clients often describe my style as calm, empathetic, and precise — focused on creating awareness without judgment and on transforming insight into meaningful action.
As a wife, mother, and lifelong learner, I understand the delicate balance between caring for others and staying connected to oneself. My role as a coach is not to provide answers, but to help clients reacquaint themselves with their own voice and to move forward from a place of authenticity and alignment.
