Strategic Growth Partnership: (Long-term grow, or a big exit in 3-5 years.)

I take $500k+ businesses with heavy owner involvement to over $10M revenue while building a team to run the business for you, so you can either focus on the vision of the company (and maybe stay involved in the parts you really love doing), or fully exit (either holding it as a passive investment or selling for a big payday).

Why should you want a management or executive team if you aren't going to sell for a long time, if ever?

Because emergencies happen whether you're ready for them or not. Health issues, family problems, and so many other things force you to miss work for days, weeks, or even months. It's important to have your team in place and ready to run on their own, so that you can focus on your personal situation, knowing that the business is in good hands. Even if nothing bad happens, you may want to simply take a vacation for a few weeks, or months.

What happens after the growth phase?

My team and I will offer ongoing support to continue growing the business or help you sell it for a big profit. If you choose to sell, then we will be happy to make an offer, so that it's done quickly, with minimal hassle. This allows you to save broker fees and get the best terms possible to save all you can on taxes too.

What's the investment?

A monthly fee based on how much assistance you want from my team for the foundational phase of $2,500 to $20,000 per month + some form of equity, so that our interests are aligned no matter if you hold and continue to grow or sell for a massive payout.
