About Jeremy

I coach people with potential who want to grow as a leader, especially in Christian ministry. I also coach men and women who want to improve their marriage and family relationships.

I am a certified professional life and mental health coach, as well as a full-time hospice chaplain. I hold a Doctorate of Ministry in Leadership Coaching and bring a deeply compassionate, spiritually grounded approach to the work I do.

I serve as the president and executive director of a non-profit organization where my wife and I teach biblical principles related to marriage and family. Together, we have authored a book on this topic, drawing from our shared passion for strengthening homes and relationships.

My background is diverse—I have taught individuals from ages two through adulthood, served in various capacities on foreign mission fields across multiple countries, and worked as a youth minister. I am also an ordained minister. Growing up in a Christian home has profoundly shaped my worldview and values, instilling in me a lifelong desire to help people deepen their faith and live purposeful, fulfilling lives.

My dedication to empowering individuals to reach their full potential is what led me into coaching. I firmly believe every person carries unique God-given talents, strengths, and abilities waiting to be discovered. Helping others unlock these qualities is at the heart of my coaching philosophy.

I view coaching as a collaborative partnership. Through active listening and thoughtful, insightful questioning, I create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their goals, ambitions, and challenges. I encourage them to embrace obstacles, view setbacks as learning opportunities, and tap into their inner resilience.

Understanding that personal growth is multi-dimensional—encompassing emotional, spiritual, and relational well-being—I guide clients in cultivating balance, nurturing meaningful relationships, and prioritizing self-care. I am committed to holding my clients accountable and challenging them in the areas where growth is needed.

Ultimately, my goal is to create an environment of healing, transformation, and hope—one where individuals can find the guidance and support they need to thrive and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
