Malarvilie Krishnasamy is an adaptive and emotionally intelligent coach, trainer, and leadership consultant with over twenty years of experience in education, including ten years in senior leadership and seven years as an accredited executive coach. She combines empathy, clarity, and practical challenge to help professionals strengthen self-awareness, communicate with confidence, and lead with authenticity.

Malarvilie began her career as a history teacher in London, where she quickly became known for her ability to transform teams through coaching. As Head of History, she led a department from struggling to Outstanding in every category. Later, as Assistant Principal and Trust Lead for Teaching, Learning, and CPD, she introduced coaching as part of staff development across a group of schools, creating a culture of reflection and growth. These experiences shaped her belief that emotionally intelligent leadership sits at the heart of sustainable change.

Malarvilie holds an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a member of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision. She founded MalCPD Education Consultancy and Coaching to support individuals and organisations to grow through coaching, communication, and emotionally intelligent leadership. She works internationally with headteachers, senior executives, and aspiring leaders who want to develop confidence, handle difficult conversations, or lead teams with clarity and compassion.

Her coaching is values-led and solutions-focused, grounded in her C.R.A.F.T. framework: Clarity, Respect, Adaptability, Feedback, and Trust. This innovation is part of her mission to make reflection accessible to every professional, helping them build confidence, manage emotions, and make thoughtful decisions.

She regularly coaches for national networks such as WomenEd, Diverse Leaders, and The Maternity Paternity (MTPT) Project. Her accredited Level 3 and Level 5 Coaching Skills qualifications, approved by the Institute of Leadership, have supported hundreds of leaders to embed coaching into their own teams. Her masterclass series, including “From Awkward to Assertive: C.R.A.F.T. for Confident Conversations,” has become well known for its practical, emotionally intelligent approach to communication and conflict.
