At Tenacious Wellness Coaching, I specialize in supporting adults living with chronic illness and pain who want to improve their mental and emotional well-being while navigating the day-to-day challenges of fluctuating energy, ongoing symptoms, and the emotional impact of long-term health conditions.
My coaching is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I integrate principles of Mental Health Coaching to help clients build the practical skills and emotional resilience needed to thrive, without pushing beyond their limits or chasing unrealistic standards of wellness.
