As a Mind + Body Coach, I help individuals find clarity, confidence, and balance by strengthening the powerful connection between the mental and the physical self.
My approach was born from lived experience. After years working within the physical health and fitness industry, I began to see a pattern — clients could train their bodies tirelessly, yet still struggle with motivation, self-worth, stress, and anxiety. I recognised this in myself too. Despite being physically fit, I often felt mentally drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected.
That realisation changed everything.
Through my own journey navigating stress, anxiety, and burnout, I discovered that true wellbeing isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about working with your mind and body, not against them. When we learn to regulate our nervous system, shift mindset patterns, and align physical movement with mental recovery, growth becomes sustainable, not exhausting.
Today, I combine evidence-based coaching tools with insights from lived experience to support those who feel stuck, overworked, or disconnected from themselves. My coaching bridges the gap between mental resilience and physical wellbeing, helping clients:
