How I work (non-clinical, future-focused)

Coaching with me is practical and compassionate. We get crystal clear on the outcomes you want in the next 30–90 days, then turn them into small, powerful actions that fit your real life (meetings, school runs, deadlines, load-shedding). Sessions blend simple nervous-system regulation (breathing/grounding), habit design, values-led decision tools, and weekly “guardrails” so progress continues even on messy weeks. Between sessions, I offer light WhatsApp check-ins and simple trackers so the next right step is always obvious.

Process

  1. Free 15-min discovery call

  2. Deep-dive clarity session (goals, constraints, metrics)

  3. 6–12 week plan with micro-actions, review points and accountability

  4. Quarterly recalibration (if we continue)

Format

  • Weekly/bi-weekly 50-min sessions

  • Remote (video) anywhere in SA; in-person available in Cape Town

  • Private client portal for notes, tools and progress snapshots

Approach & experience

I draw on a psychology/philosophy background (Rhodes University), ongoing NLP training, leadership coaching tools, and years of supporting people through career transitions, burnout recovery and complex life seasons. I’m trauma-informed and happy to collaborate with your therapist or GP when appropriate. Coaching stays in the “now and next”: clarity, action, accountability.
