Hi, I’m Sophia Adio, a Certified Confidence Coach, Career Strategist for Women, and former Senior Cloud Solutions Architect.
I spent over a decade in corporate delivering results for Fortune 500 companies. I often saw talented women, especially BIPOC women, being overlooked, undervalued, and underpaid. I knew firsthand what it felt like to work hard and still not be recognized.
That experience lit a fire in me. I realized success is not only about performance, it is also about visibility, confidence, and presence. Now I have chosen to change the narrative so that women could rise without giving up their authenticity.
That is why I created The Visible Effect™, a program rooted in my corporate experience and passion for empowering women, but more importantly, born from my lived experience as a BIPOC woman who has overcome many obstacles. It is designed to help ambitious women break through visibility barriers, step into leadership, and negotiate the pay they deserve while staying true to who they are.
Today, I am dedicated to guiding women who are ready to be seen, valued, and promoted so they no longer wait to be chosen but position themselves as undeniable.
