He is a Leadership Development Consultant focused on helping leaders enhance their own relationships and those within their teams. Leveraging his extensive organizational experience, he designs customized learning experiences that are streamlined and purpose-driven, while also keeping an eye on future trends, upskilling, and reskilling needs.

In addition to his commitment to educating and mentoring coaches through his own coaching education school and reflective practice, he volunteers with the International Coach Federation as a Co-Lead of the Global Knowledge Community. This global role focuses on enhancing the quality of coaching education and staying informed about trends worldwide.
