With 60 years old, holds an Honor Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Psychology, specialized in Executive, Leadership and Life Coaching, predominantly in corporate, international and multicultural environments.

During his 30-year career as a consultant, he gained experience in integrated and global, long term projects, on a wide range of activity sectors.

Action and results-oriented, he likes to give priority to the essential and practical aspects of personal and professional life.

Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation (with more than 3000 hours of experience, holds coaching certifications as a Coaching Trainer, Mentor and Supervisor, Teams, Intercultural and Medical Coach, among others. His methodological guidelines are based on the ICF Core Competencies, with the foundations of Systemic and Ontological Coaching. Delivers Level 1, 2 and 3 ICF programs, as a trainer, mentor and supervisor of professional coaches.
