After spending over 30 years in the IT industry, working in various roles and witnessing the evolution of technology and leadership practices, I discovered my true calling in helping others unlock their potential.

My journey began in the traditional IT world, but as I progressed through different leadership roles, I realised that the biggest challenges weren’t technical—they were human. Teams struggled with communication, leaders felt overwhelmed by constant change, and organisations were failing to adapt to the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world we live in.

This realisation led me to transition from a technology leader to a leadership and agile coach. For the last 12 years, I’ve been privileged to work with leaders and teams across organisations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to innovative startups, helping them navigate their agile transformation journeys.

I combine ICF-accredited coaching with over 15 years of senior leadership experience, ensuring every conversation stays both reflective and action-oriented.
